The Flexibility of WordPress.org
You’ve probably made it here for one of two reasons – 1) You are currently at WordPress.com, Blogger or some other free-ish blog hosting site. 2) You already have a WordPress.org site, but are shopping for a new host. Either way, we’ve got you covered. We only host WordPress.org sites on our servers, and are here to support all facets of your site.

We’re able to service heavy traffic sites and brand new blogs alike.
Customized Personal setup
This is unheard of in the hosting industry. (Correct us if we are wrong.) Although our standard packages can auto install your WordPress site, we love to set you up and get you running by hand. How does it work? Glad you asked!
If you are transferring your current site:
- Your account is set up on the your new server.
- We transfer all of you content to the new server, using exports, and/or FTP access.
- Next we’ll install any theme that you would like installed.
- If the theme needs extra setup, we’ll try to do that too.
- We’ll make sure OUR default plugins are ready to rock.
- Now it gets really good: At this point we are close to making the switch, so it’s time to add CloudFlare before going live.
- If you’ve ordered email support, Google Apps is getting the once over.
- For the grand finale – we will edit the nameservers at your domain registrar, taking your site live.
- Enjoy – let us know if you need something.
If this is a brand new site:
- We’ll help you register a domain. (If needed.)
- CloudFlare is added.
- Your account is set up on the your new server.
- If you’ve ordered email support, Google Apps is getting the once over.
- Next we’ll install any theme that you would like installed.
- If the theme needs extra setup, we’ll try to do that too.
- We’ll make sure OUR default plugins are ready to rock.

Backups For All
We use a unique system to back up individual files and databases, all at no charge. We keep 60 days of backups on standard accounts just for good measure. We can restore one file, or your whole site if you need. just ask!

You are backed up, so rest easy.
Cpanel Access
Although we are tuned for WordPress, many users still like to have access to the hosting control panel. We use the familiar Cpanel interface, so experienced users will feel right at home. New to web hosting? No problem, you won’t need it – we’ll take care of most functions that it’s used for.

Fast Servers: Speed Matters
Speed matters – to you, your visitors, and the search engines. We use high-grade servers for every account. Overcrowding of servers, and mixing the applications on them can be the death of your site. Most of the “big guys” will have hundreds of sites per server. Us? Under 50, and even less based on the traffic needs of the accounts. When you become popular, you won’t get blocked for high resource usage. Instead we’ll talk about a solution and implement it!

FTP Access Standard
WordPress has a fantastic mechanism to install plugins and themes without needing to bust out the FTP client. However, there are times that you may need it. That’s why we’ve enabled it on every account automatically. (Actually we allow SFTP which does the same job more securely. )

More Support
This is our favorite part. If you’ve had another host, or have looked into self hosting WordPress, you’ve probably found out that the extent of WordPress support is that they offer a “1-Click Installer”. Wow. Then what? Whatever the issue, we are here to help. Did a plugin break your site? We can fix it. Need something installed? That’s us. Need…. You get the idea.

Email – Google Apps
Email on your site is one of those things that either you need it, or you don’t. (Depending on the type of site.) If you don’t need it, why should a mail server be taking up resources on the server? If you are like us and DO need it , you certainly need it to be reliable, spam free, and have plenty of space. That’s why we’ve decided to use Google Apps for email service upon request. This way there is no load on our servers AND you get fantastic, spam free, rock solid email. For a small one time fee we’ll set up Standard (Free) Google Apps for your domain as part of our Personal Setup. Need more details about Google Apps? They tell the story best here.

You’re Exclusive
We don’t advertise all over the internet trying to get everyone and anyone over to our service. We are interested in building relationships with each customer. Because of this we are limiting our 2011 growth to just 750 new customers total. This allows us to stay personal while training additional WordPress experts for next years group of customers.
